About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to design, implement, and optimize digital analytics solutions hosted on AWS.
- Develop and execute account plans that increase product adoption, upsell opportunities, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to help clients measure, analyze, and improve digital experiences.
- Monitor usage metrics, track ROI, and present performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client success within digital analytics, marketing technology, or SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, and AWS cloud services.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value and influence senior decision‑makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account planning.
