About the role
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute account plans that align AWS services with customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized cloud architectures and migration strategies.
- Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Build long‑term relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and renewal rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B account management or sales within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud migration, and cloud‑native architecture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
