Account Manager
As an Account Manager for Japan, you will be responsible for owning the full customer relationship for ai&'s Japanese enterprise and business accounts. This solutions-oriented sales role involves managing accounts, driving revenue growth, developing new business, and positioning ai&'s AI infrastructure, inference services, and compute platforms as solutions to customer business problems. You will build trusted relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders and act as the voice of the Japanese market internally.

As Account Manager for Japan, you will own the full customer relationship across ai&'s growing base of Japanese enterprise and business accounts. You will manage accounts ranging from fast-moving startups to mid-market companies to large enterprises, ensuring customers are getting value from our platform and finding new opportunities to grow the relationship over time.
This is a solutions-oriented sales role. You understand that selling AI infrastructure, inference services, and compute platforms is not transactional — it requires understanding a customer's business problems and mapping them to what ai& can deliver. You are fluent in the language of AI, comfortable discussing inference, model deployment, and PaaS compute in a business context, and capable of building trusted relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Field Development Engineer and customer success teams to ensure customers are well supported from first sale through expansion. Japan is a priority market for ai& and this role carries significant commercial responsibility.
