Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for accessibility tooling and AI enablement across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate accessibility into product design, development, and testing workflows.
- Lead the implementation of AI‑driven accessibility solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to track accessibility performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to teams on accessibility best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in digital accessibility, including WCAG, ATAG, and AI‑generated content.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale tooling and AI initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and inclusive design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools to measure accessibility impact.
