About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify software modules to enhance accessibility across applications.
- Conduct accessibility validation using automated tools and manual testing to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 and ADA guidelines.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and recommend remediation actions to development teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate accessibility best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of accessibility standards, tools, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for scripting and automation.
- Experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g., axe, NVDA, VoiceOver) and manual testing techniques.
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1, ADA, and related compliance frameworks.
- Background in business intelligence or data analytics, including SQL and data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to document technical findings clearly.
