Accountabilities:

The Full Stack Engineer will contribute to the development of product features while expanding technical expertise across frontend, backend, and AI-assisted software engineering. The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and delivering high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Participate in the end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend systems under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Utilize AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency and productivity.
• Translate product requirements into functional implementations while minimizing friction between frontend and backend development.
• Contribute to application design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver user-focused software solutions.
• Observe development workflows and proactively recommend improvements to engineering processes and team collaboration.
• Develop practical experience across multiple technologies while growing into an independently contributing full stack engineer.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile development activities.
• Continuously learn emerging technologies, engineering best practices, and AI-assisted development methodologies.
