Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive data reporting system for the PINES award and NNME reporting requirements.
- Collect, clean, and analyze enrollment, retention, and course progress data to identify disparities and trends.
- Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with academic and program staff to define metrics and improve data collection processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and educational data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
