About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of the A220 propulsion delivery team, ensuring schedule adherence and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to resolve technical issues and streamline workflows.
- Implement lean and continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage project budgets, track performance metrics, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in propulsion systems or aircraft component delivery, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven project management skills, including budget control, risk mitigation, and schedule management.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and data‑driven process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
