Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D interior and exterior concepts for luxury villa and farmhouse projects.
- Create realistic renderings and walkthroughs using 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, and V‑Ray.
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to translate design intent into visual assets.
- Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics and project specifications.
- Prepare presentation materials and client‑ready visualizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in 3D interior and exterior visualization.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, V‑Ray, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong eye for detail, color, and spatial relationships.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
