About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings and floor plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
- Develop construction documents, including elevations, sections, and details for luxury farmhouse and villa developments.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve design issues and maintain project timelines.
- Maintain accurate BIM models and update drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or related degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in architectural drafting and BIM.
