Software Engineer
Lead the design and integration of signature management and survivability solutions for advanced aerospace platforms, leveraging RF and stealth technologies to reduce detectability and enhance mission resilience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate signature management strategies for aircraft and missile systems, focusing on radar, infrared, and acoustic signatures.
- Integrate survivability features such as electronic countermeasures, decoys, and structural modifications to enhance platform resilience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (systems, avionics, materials) to ensure seamless implementation of signature reduction measures.
- Conduct analytical modeling, simulations, and laboratory testing to assess signature performance and survivability under operational scenarios.
- Prepare technical reports, design reviews, and documentation supporting certification and compliance with defense standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in RF/EMI analysis, stealth technology, or signature management.
- Proficiency with simulation tools (HFSS, CST, MATLAB) and data analysis software.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
- Security clearance (Secret) required; willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
