About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud modules to meet client business requirements.
- Develop Fast Formula scripts, reports, and conversions to enhance system functionality.
- Design, build, and test integrations between Oracle HCM/ERP and external systems such as payroll, time‑tracking, and other ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business processes into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support during implementation, testing, and post‑go‑live phases.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud implementations and customizations.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Fast Formula.
- Hands‑on experience designing and developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for working with cross‑functional teams.
