About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary 1st Class Chief Engineer, overseeing all plant utility and powerhouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and operating requirements across all utility systems.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset reliability and uptime.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, maintenance schedules, and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in plant utility or powerhouse management.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and asset management practices.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
