Developed Customer, Quotes & Billing workflow: create/send quotes, track approvals, and convert Quote → Invoice → Job. Implemented Job Dispatch & Tracking: assign jobs to staff, set priorities, and manage statuses (Active, Paused, Completed, Closed). Added Inventory & Services module to reuse stock/service items directly in quotes and invoices. Delivered Mobile Job Execution flow: technician can start job on-site, pause/resume, capture before/after photos, add work details, and collect digital signature. Built Attendance & Timesheets (check-in/out, weekly tracking), with overtime & time-off request management. Implemented Payroll processing based on timesheets/attendance with weekly payroll sheet exports. Generated Work Completion Reports and enabled PDF export for completed/closed jobs. Enabled Customer requests & communication via app/website with assigned technician and job progress updates.

Developed campaign & dashboard portals for contact center agents for Careem & Philip Morris international.
