I was a member of the Kindred's AI research team, and a former contributor to the open-source Artificial General Intelligence framework OpenCog led by Dr. Ben Goertzel. Prior to Kindred working with reinforcement learning, I was involved in many AI sub-areas and projects, including augmented reality, medical imaging, computer vision, natural language processing, machine learning, data science, and inference engine. I got my Master's degree from Simon Fraser University under the supervision of Dr. Greg Mori and Dr. Ghassan Hamarneh.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has worked in diverse environments, from AI research teams (Kindred.ai, OpenCog Foundation) to software development in gaming (A Thinking Ape) and R&D in computer vision/augmented reality (Leovation Limited). This breadth of experience suggests adaptability. The involvement in open-source projects and government-funded initiatives indicates a potential fit for collaborative and impactful work. The focus on AI/ML across multiple roles aligns well with an ML Engineer position.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience descriptions suggest a proactive approach to problem-solving (e.g., 'co-led the open-sourcing', 'introduced a natural language processing pipeline', 'architected and engineered internal software'). Leadership roles and contributions to open-source projects indicate strong collaboration and initiative. However, without specific psychometric test results or interview data, a definitive assessment of soft skills and operational fit is limited.
