Performed data quality audit – identified 3 columns with missing values (up to 33.41%) and fixed inconsistent date formats using Power Query Editor. Replaced nulls using domain logic: median imputation for satisfaction scores, labeled nulls in churn reason and feedback columns. Built 5 Pivot Tables to analyze churn by Region, Segment, Gender, Renewal Status, and Churn Reason. Identified East region as highest churn zone (8,606 customers) and 13,284 expired renewals as highest risk group. Designed an interactive dashboard with KPI cards, slicers, and charts to visualize churn trends for business decisions. Documented findings in a structured report with business recommendations to reduce churn rate.
