Users can turn on/off the swimming pool lights, set the schedule, set the timer, and can change the color as well. The device can be controlled using the Alexa commands. Responsibilities: Test the mobile applications if its user can control the device and can use all of the functionalities that exist; Test the website where the admin user can control the color syn device; Firmware testing is also required for these products to check that on performing the operations on the device correct parameters are updating on the backend; Complete End to End testing is carried out so that the system should work as designed; Alexa testing is also carried out to check the system is controllable using the Alexa commands; Managing the other QA team members and submitting a weekly status report to the test manager.
