Everyday Invesco receives invoice files from NSCC, which contains dealer commission information. We are going to load these files into CABS application DB and Ops team will validate the information and will submit the request for approval. Once approval done at SharePoint actual money will be transmitted to the NSCC system. Prime areas of Involvement and Responsibilities: • Developed stored procedures to validate and parse invoice files received from NSCC into CABS application Db. • Implemented Autosys jobs to invoke stored procedures at regular intervals. • Developed new screen in CABS (.Net) application to display the invoices information with many features like filtering, sorting, exporting, importing, canceling, send for approval, locking, etc. • Developed new list in SharePoint to hold all invoices which needs approval. • Developed custom list workflow for approval process using SharePoint designer tool. More approvals are needed based on amount to be given to dealers. • Used Managed CSOM of SharePoint to send the invoices information from .Net application to SharePoint list. • Notifying to the Ops team once approval process done, who will complete the invoice for settlement purpose. • Developed stored procedure to send settlement file which contains all invoices approved and pending for settlement and make them as completed, which are automated through Autosys jobs.
