Entrepreneurship x Sustainability x Human-Centered Design
I am 1-part environmentalist, 1-part techie, and 2-part creator. My passions are rooted in developing sustainable products (digital and physical) that enrich the lived-human experience in the nexus of data x beauty/art x environment. I am a sustainability leader with diverse experience in product innovation, machine learning, Web3 and circular economy strategies, capable of delivering cradle-to-cradle sustainability solutions. As an innovator and entrepreneur, I have spent my career designing and implementing solutions that address our most pressing global challenges. My experience ranges from leading research projects in climate risk analysis, to developing sustainability-focused solutions & businesses like software-based marketplaces that build capacity for marginalized communities or like designing luxury silk fabrics made from lotus by-products. I am driven by my passion for creating a more sustainable and harmonious world, and I bring this same drive and focus to every project I undertake. With a track record of success in both technical and strategic roles, I am committed to using my skills and expertise to make a positive impact.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project portfolio and work experience show a strong inclination towards sustainability, environmental impact, and social good, which aligns well with organizations focused on these areas. Their diverse experience, from academic research to startup co-founding and consulting, indicates adaptability and a broad perspective. The target role of 'Data Analyst' is supported by their past roles as Data Scientist Team Lead and Enterprise Demand Forecaster, suggesting a good fit for data-driven environments. However, the lack of specific technical skills listed for many projects makes it hard to assess the depth of their technical contribution in those areas.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills through various roles at Yale University and New Leaf Climate Partners. Their experience in developing strategic partnerships and managing diverse projects indicates a proactive and collaborative work attitude. The focus on sustainable initiatives and social impact suggests alignment with mission-driven organizations. However, without psychometric test results, a full assessment of stress handling and team collaboration is not possible.
