Founder and CTO
We are at an inflection point that does not come around often. Foundation models have crossed a threshold where the question is no longer whether AI can reason, it is whether the systems we build around that reasoning are worthy of the decisions we hand them. That is the problem I wake up thinking about. At Noether Data Labs, we are not chasing benchmarks or wrapping APIs into demos. We are doing the slower, harder work of understanding how intelligence actually integrates into the operational fabric of an organization, how it touches workflows built over decades, how it earns trust from people who have seen every enterprise software promise come and go. My view is that the architectures that will matter in five years are not the ones with the most parameters or the fastest inference. They are the ones with the clearest separation of reasoning, memory, and action, with governance baked in at every layer, and with humans positioned not as bottlenecks but as judgment nodes in systems that know their own limits. I am particularly obsessed with agentic systems and the reinforcement learning primitives that will eventually make them self-improving in production, not in simulation. The gap between what is possible in a research notebook and what is deployable in an enterprise with audit requirements, legacy data, and organizational inertia is still enormous, and closing that gap is where I spend most of my thinking. If you are building in this space, leading transformation inside a large organization, or just thinking seriously about where the next five years go, I would genuinely enjoy the conversation.

Cultural Fit Analysis
Insufficient data to assess cultural fit. No projects, diverse experiences, or detailed skill sets are provided. The single listed experience as CTO is a good role alignment, but breadth is unknown.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
Insufficient data to assess soft skills and operational fit. No project descriptions, detailed experience narratives, or psychometric test results are available.
