Built a predictive model, followed by model evaluation, a performance stability check on test data, and SHAP-based interpretation to identify the key drivers of churn. Developed an interactive dashboard for business decision-making. Identified top churn drivers: Age, Number of Products, Activity Status, Geography (Germany), and Balance. Customers who were older, inactive, had fewer products, high balances, and were based in Germany showed higher churn risk.
Pizza Sales Performance Analysis

Performed data cleaning and exploratory data analysis (EDA) on pizza sales data to analyze overall sales, product performance, and trends in customer behavior over time. Created an interactive dashboard for monitoring and presenting sales performance. Generated $817,860 from 49,574 pizzas (21,350 orders). Classic Deluxe was the top-selling pizza, while Thai Chicken Pizza led in revenue. Most customers preferred Classic category and size L. Orders peaked on Fridays and lunchtime (12:00~13:00).
