Thorough concentration to all communication systems, Scrutinizing S/W applications, conducting professional training to the key users, suggested the key users in each related Departments to ensure smooth full automated operation, building up the IT Personal Structure with very detailed Job Descriptions, screening and selecting the right technical personal that guarantee full control at the new automation solutions. o Conducting training for both the key users and IT staff to ensure smooth operation. o Supervising the Live Launching Operation with all the concerned departments with the whole business units nationwide. o Hiring all Sister companies IT department staff. o Handing over IT Operation to new TBTD IT Staff. o Despite of all upcoming new Mega projects, yet keep stability and up running smoothly IT operations for the main business running operation.
