Head of Product @Integral | Lead Customer Engineer | Building at the intersection of Integrations, Platform & Product | Alloy River, Integral, Ex-Instacart/PagerDuty
I operate at the intersection of solutions engineering, integrations, and product. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across high-growth startups and enterprise platforms, owning complex customer problems end-to-end - from pre-sales discovery to implementation, debugging, and long-term scalability. At Integral (now evolving into Alloy River), I lead customer-facing solutions and platform development for digital asset and fintech systems. I’ve built internal tooling, improved product performance at scale, and worked closely with engineering and product teams to turn real customer pain points into shipped features. Previously at Instacart, PagerDuty, and D-Wave, I partnered with enterprise customers to deliver integrations, unblock high-impact issues, and accelerate deal closures - often stepping in where product, engineering, and customer needs overlap. I enjoy working in ambiguous environments where the path isn’t defined - building systems, improving processes, and helping teams move faster. Lately, I’ve been leaning more into product thinking - using data, customer feedback, and hands-on development to influence roadmap decisions and drive meaningful outcomes. Core areas: • API integrations & distributed systems • Customer-facing solution architecture • Internal tooling & automation (Python, SQL, TypeScript) • Product feedback loops & execution • Cross-functional leadership (Eng, Product, GTM)

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project diversity, ranging from educational web apps to network routers and data analysis, shows a broad interest and adaptability. Their experience in various company sizes (startups like Integral, large corporations like Instacart, and specialized firms like D-Wave) suggests an ability to thrive in different organizational cultures. However, the target role is 'Machine Learning', and while there's a strong foundation in Python and data analysis, direct machine learning project experience or roles are not explicitly highlighted, which might indicate a gap in direct cultural fit for a specialized ML role without further upskilling.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills through their various roles. Their experience in customer-facing solutions engineering and support indicates a good operational fit for roles requiring client interaction and technical issue resolution. The ability to lead scrum meetings and manage projects suggests strong organizational and agile methodology adherence.
