A study on Dealer Satisfaction with respect to Aquatech Tanks

Forty two retailers were taken into consideration for the study, that is three retailers from each district in Kerala. Then telephonic interview was conducted for the retailers to find out how satisfied they are with Aquatech and the reasons behind their responses.
