Enterprise Transformation Leader – Large-Scale Orchestration & AI-Augmented Delivery
I help large enterprises transform how they align strategy, structure teams, ARTs and portfolios, and deliver complex product and solution systems at scale. My work focuses on Agile at Scale transformation: launching and supporting Agile Release Trains, deploying Lean Portfolio Management and Lean Agile Budgeting, designing value-stream-aligned organizations, and orchestrating alignment across portfolios and up to 24 ARTs using "Planning Conferences" I also support end-to-end product development through AI-augmented workflows, including BMAD and Cursor, from ideation to implementation, and build RAG-based “second brain” environments with Obsidian and Cursor to make complex programme knowledge more actionable for teams and decision-makers. Key activities include: * Supporting and coordinating Large Solution Trains (up to 24 ARTs), including the organization and facilitation of Planning Conferences to align vision, roadmaps and dependencies * Designing and facilitating Enterprise Conferences aligning vision, budget, implementation strategy, priorities and roadmaps across 11 Lean Portfolio Management organizations * Leading Agile at Scale transformations involving 1000+ people (e.g. Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking – 12 tribes) * Designing and deploying organizational structures aligned with value streams and business strategy, including transitions from vertical to horizontal management models * Deploying SAFe Agile Release Trains in international environments * Deploying Lean Portfolio Management * Implementing Lean Agile Budgeting at LPM and Enterprise level based on OKR * Designing Target Operating Models for large organizations * I am particularly interested in enterprise transformation strategies and large-scale coordination models.
