That gap is usually a consciousness problem. I am the co-founder of Synergistic Intelligence. Together with my co-founder, I work with executives, coaches, and organizational leaders who are ready to move beyond performance-driven doing, and into a fundamentally different way of being. Our core framework is built around one insight: the survival instinct that once protected us now limits us.
