ECF & AP – Expense Management and Accounts Payable System

This project streamlines invoice processing from PO/PR to vendor payment. It captures invoice details across five sections (ECF Header, Invoice Header, Invoice Detail, Debit, and Credit), generating a unique ECF number upon submission. The workflow involves ECF approval, automatic data flow to the AP module, and final review by the finance department. Payments are securely processed using Aadhaar-based OTP authentication. Vendor and approver details are captured upfront and stored in a master database for validation and compliance.
BRE – Branching Recurring Expense Management

BRE automates monthly recurring expense handling. Categories are first set in the master data, and invoices are raised per category-with support for multi-category invoicing. A scheduler (cron job/interval timer) auto-triggers invoice generation monthly, with flexibility to skip payments if needed. Each generated invoice creates a unique BRE number and flows to the AP module for approval and vendor payment. This end-to-end module is led by my team, with me overseeing the project as the Project Lead.
DTPC – Digital Transformation of Processing Center

DTPC is a digital loan processing system for gold and property-based loans. Each loan request generates a unique DTPC number (LOF and PVF). A scheduler triggers payment links via email, enabling customers to make payments with a single click. The process also includes an approval flow to ensure compliance and control.
Large-Scale Data Processing with Python & UKM Tool

The client provides 30 crore records in CSV format. Using Python and Pandas, we extract and transform the data based on the UKM key. Once processing is complete, the scripts are pushed to the UKM tool, which auto-converts them into YAML files. The execution is seamlessly driven through a click-based interface, enabling continuous and scalable data runs.
