Senior Data Scientist | AI Faculty
I am currently responsible for enterprise AI implementations at Arivonix. Previously, as an Artificial Intelligence lead at Innovapptive, led industrial AI initiatives, building on strong foundations developed during my work as a Data Scientist at Saras Analytics, Cognida.ai, Nggawe Nirman Technologies, and Infogain. Had been an United Nations Volunteer for a brief period with SDG AI Lab, UNDP, Turkey, in a dedicated Natural Language Processing use case for Disaster Management. Beyond publishing in Natural Language Processing domain, I author an interdisciplinary paper series Basic Sciences X AI, exploring the synergy between foundational sciences and AI. I also collaborate with IT ed-techs to advance accessible AI education. A particular project, that I worked on, Vilokana in 2020 - an AI Covid Search Engine launched during India’s first Covid wave - was featured in TOI, The Hindu, the New Indian Express, Economic Times, and ANI, and highlighted in Nature Journal’s Technology Feature by science writer Matthew Hutson. I also occasionally speak on podcasts and discussions around Brain-Accurate Computational Models, AI Ethics, and the broader direction of responsible AI systems - areas that continue to shape my approach towards AI leadership and research.
