I still get into architecture reviews, system design decisions, and code-level conversations — not to micromanage, but because context matters and I want my team to know I understand their world. My background spans Python, Django, AWS, GCP, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, and I actively use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Copilot to accelerate both my own work and my team's. Some things I've been part of building: Gotabless — a restaurant platform serving 700+ restaurants, including building a custom Mobile Printing SDK Onzway — scaling to 1,500+ restaurants and 10,000+ integrations Tagmate — a SaaS analytics tool with 400+ active users Beyond shipping products, I've built hiring pipelines, defined engineering processes, driven performance frameworks, and mentored engineers from mid-level to senior.
