Talent Acquisition Specialist/ US IT Recruiter with 5+ years in US IT Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for Contract (C2C/W2) and Full-Time positions across multiple technology domains. Partner with Account Managers, implementation partners, and clients to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job boards, vendor networks, and internal databases. Screen candidates based on technical skills, work authorization, experience, rate expectations, and client requirements. Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer discussions. Recruit for technologies including Java, .NET, QA Automation, DevOps, Cloud Technologies, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, and Full-Stack Development. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers to ensure successful placements. Ensure compliance with US work authorization categories, including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, GC-EAD, and USC. Consistently deliver quality submissions within required turnaround times in a fast-paced staffing environment. Negotiate compensation, bill rates, and employment terms between candidates, vendors, and clients. Maintain and update candidate records, interview status, and recruitment activities in ATS systems. Conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for client requirements. Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, placements, and offer-to-join ratios. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth candidate joining processes. Work closely with sales teams to identify new staffing opportunities and support business growth initiatives. Perform market research on technology trends, skill availability, and competitive compensation benchmarks. Manage relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners across the US staff
