Following the Pro-Bono Intern Program outline With 2 Interns from King Saud University and working with the King Saud University. I put together a structured training and mentoring program to provide valuable real world experience This involved identifying training programs suited to the Interns field of study and relevant to the direction of the technology industry today. The courses identified were Cloud service, software, operating models, methodologies and technologies To provide real world experience, I also arranged for the Interns to attend some important internal professional services consulting business development, consulting sales and consulting delivery meetings. I provided real world experience on how I do my job and let them see the way in which various discussions went with many of my global Directors / Leaders present in these meetings At the end of all meetings, I provided debriefing of the social aspects, techniques, styles of the various participants and their agenda and negotiating skills To provide further experience I identified 2 of my most successful large complex projects and took the interns on a story / journey on these projects, showing them the aims, customer expectations, program governance, solution and technical delivery along with the challenges along the way using all the project artifacts to show them the types and quality of delivery material used in Consulting From real world experience I also gave pointers on how to build their online and social presence and detailed advisory sessions on how to structure their LinkedIn profiles and CV's At the end of the 2 months. As Lead Senior Consultant, I was tasked with the Delivery to Al Rahji Bank board; a Blue Printing Discovery Assessment Service from EMC. Al Rahji is one of the biggest banks in the Middle East with nearly 4,000 ATM's & over 23,000 POS. Head Quartered out of Riyadh Saudi Arabia and with Major centers in Jordan & Kuwait. The Project involved management, scheduling & tracking of 200 workshops covering (180) applications and infrastructure (20). The installation of a complex auto-discovery tool. Stakeholder management with key project sponsors such as the CIO and his Direct reports. The Aim of the Blue Printing of the Banks environment was to enable the bank to plan a full Production Data Centre Migration strategy based on No Risk & also to heavily adopt transformation opportunities identified. Technology and Applications ranged from IBM EC12, Z9 Mainframes, Tandem Non-Stop servers, IBM AIX, Hyper-V, VMware, Cisco Network & Security, IBM and EMC Storage and Backup systems To various banking applications; Powercard, CTF, RBS, CMS (Prime/Online), Eximbls, EIRAD (Trasset & China System), BESS, MQ Brokers, BASE24, E-Trade, E-Tadawul, SIMAH, Muaasher, SADAD, etc. The Project also involved working with various EMC teams and 3rd party partners to deliver a Blue Printing workbook containing the LOB / Server / Application / technology inter-dependencies. This was successfully presented to the Board of Directors at the Bank by myself and my team.

I walked my mentees through many of my successful large complex projects and took the interns on a story / journey on these BCM BCDR and high risk projects, showing them the aims, customer expectations, program governance, solution & technical delivery along with the challenges along the way using all the project artifacts to show them the types & quality of delivery material used in Consulting and BCM methodologies used From real world experience I also give pointers on how to build online and social presence & detailed advisory sessions on how to structure their LinkedIn profiles & Resumes. Covering Risk, BCM, BCDR & Personal Resilience For University Interns I give feedback and individual evaluation to their University Dean and also reviewing their associated module essay once produce by the mentees.
