Ensured penetration of SKU's of Complan, Glucon-D and Nycil in 1000 new stores in Varanasi by training the local distributor's field force and accompanying them to each store. Identified gaps in the distribution channel followed by Heinz and increased distribution and penetration through alignment of field force towards objectives. Conducted a thorough market research with the objective of testing the Efficacy of the Distribution channel and distribution policies followed by Heinz India and successfully derived conclusions and recommendations by comparing in contrast with competitors.
