Developed a comprehensive web portal to manage customer and vehicle details, support multiple financiers, and enable financier-specific document verification processes. The system tracks loan information, loan processing stages, and document approval workflows, along with tranche-wise and configuration-driven disbursement management. It also includes automated incentive calculation mechanisms based on configurable business rules, ensuring accurate allocation of incentives to respective managers and agents. • Implemented centralized error handling across APIs with database logging and automated email alerts for critical failures, enabling faster issue detection and resolution. • Designed and developed a scalable microservices architecture featuring end-to-end encryption, multi-entity request handling, Redis caching, and secure multi-database management. • Built high-performance backend workflows including asynchronous CSV processing using worker threads and advanced SQL optimization (indexing, query refactoring, execution plan analysis, and partitioning). • Improved overall system performance by 40-60%, reduced API response time by approximately 45%, enhanced database query efficiency by approximately 50%, and increased large-data processing throughput by approximately 3x.
