Kirana Club (India): Built COD marketplace customer support infrastructure from scratch; reduced RTO from 30% to 20%, NDR from 45% to 30%, and grew retention by 25%. Vegrow (India): Owned P&L for the coconut category, improved contribution margin from -4% to +3% and scaled monthly revenue 6× to ₹10 Cr through data-driven customer segmentation and supply-demand matchmaking. AdmitKard (India): Launched offline channel (20% of revenue); led team of 20; built processes, automations and dashboards (4.5× efficiency). Gozo (India): Drove 4× booking growth in 18 months by reverse-engineering MakeMyTrip's ranking algorithm, building a demand intelligence dashboard across the full route network, and automating competitor monitoring (reduced manual effort from 5 people to 2).
