Audio Classification using Neural Networks
February 1, 2023 – May 1, 2023
This project was part of my Master's Degree final semester, In this I worked on Audio data analysis, and trained a Machine Learning Model that can classify various kind of sounds (classes). Audio signal processing using deep learning is a very promising field of study and it has a lot of potential application in various industries such as medical, security, environmental, forensics, manufacturing. The trained models can be deployed in various settings where it can assist humans to automate many hard tasks.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project diversity, including personal academic projects, open-source collaboration, and a co-founder role, indicates a proactive and engaged individual. The target role of 'Data Analyst' aligns with the candidate's background in data analysis, machine learning, and AI, particularly the experience in data collection, pre-processing, and model building. The breadth of skills in AI/ML, cloud, and basic development suggests adaptability. However, the focus is heavily on ML/AI model building rather than traditional data analysis, which might require a slight adjustment in focus.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's co-founder role suggests leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Project descriptions indicate a collaborative spirit (e.g., 'Open Source Collaboration'). However, without psychometric test results, a comprehensive assessment of work attitude, stress handling, and team collaboration is not possible.
