Movement of www.indiamart.com from Classical Analytics to Universal Analytics
January 1, 2017 – February 1, 2017
Handled full ownership of migration of all IndiaMART properties from Classical Analytics to Universal Analytics. We have performed this migration using "Google Tag Manager". Also resolved prime problem came during migration "Imagine the following situation: you want to migrate a website's tracking code form Google Analytics - _gaq.push() - to Universal Analytics - ga('send'). And while you're at it, you also want to implement Google Tag Manager to run the new code. After a quick scan of the website, you notice that it has a lot of hardcoded events. You start thinking about the development hours it would take to change all of them" We are able to resolve above mentioned problem with only few lines of code which assist in migration without any data or conversion loss.

Security System & Intrusion Detection Using PIR Sensor & PIC microcontroller
May 1, 2012 – May 1, 2013
This Synopsis evaluate the development of low cost security system using small (Pyro electric Infrared) sensor built around a micro controller. The low power PIR detects take advantage of pyro electricity to detect human body that is continues source of passive infrared (radiation in the infrared region) the system sense the signal generated by the PIR sensor detecting the presence of individual not at thermal equilibrium with the surrounding environment. Detecting the presence of any unauthorized person in specific time interval, it triggers an alarm and a temperature sensor which sense the temperature of the specific region and if the temperature out reaches a limited range an alarm connected to the circuit get raised. This highly reactive approach has low computational requirement therefore its well suited to surveillance, industrial application and smart environment test performed give promising result.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's diverse project portfolio, ranging from technical implementations (Google Cloud Vision API, JavaScript error tracking, analytics migration) to strategic product launches and AI initiatives, demonstrates adaptability and a broad interest in technology and business. Their progression through various product management roles at companies like IndiaMART and Moglix, coupled with an MBA in Technology Management, indicates a strong drive for growth and leadership. The focus on innovation, AI, and improving user experience aligns with a forward-thinking, customer-centric culture. The candidate's experience in both B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms, and scaling products, suggests a good fit for dynamic and growth-oriented environments. However, the target role is 'Frontend Developer', which is a significant mismatch with their extensive product management experience. While they have some historical exposure to HTML/CSS/JS, their recent and senior experience is entirely in product leadership, not hands-on frontend development.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's resume highlights strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills through their various product management roles. Their experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving significant business outcomes suggests a high operational fit for roles requiring strong execution and stakeholder management. The descriptions of project ownership and problem-solving (e.g., migration challenges, error tracking) indicate a proactive and results-oriented approach. However, without psychometric test results, a deeper assessment of work attitude, stress handling, and team collaboration is not possible.
