There is a gap in the Indian food business world that almost nobody talks about openly. Restaurant owners, café founders and cloud kitchen operators are some of the sharpest entrepreneurs in this country. Yet most of them are flying on instinct every single day because the right information never reaches them at the right time. Not because it does not exist. Because nobody has delivered it in a way that actually fits how they work. That is the gap Auvrai was built to close. I am a 2026 ECE graduate from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering who chose to build something I genuinely believe in rather than take the safer path. I am from Kottayam, Kerala. I have spent time understanding how food businesses actually operate on the ground and what I kept seeing was the same thing everywhere. Owners so genuinely committed to their craft that stepping back to see the full picture of the business rarely makes it to the top of the list. That bothered me enough to do something about it. Auvrai is what came out of that. I am currently onboarding the first set of founding partners personally.
