In this project, users can send and receive messages using WhatsApp from the business by saving the contact information of the various businesses that have this chatbot developed. The user enters the desired input and receives the corresponding output based on the requirements. Workflow is given for the chatbot application, and the user needs to check whether they are receiving valid output and get validations in case of invalid inputs Roles & Responsibilities: • Test case creation and Test execution, System Testing, and Functional Testing of workers' compensation line of business validating the policy rates with various covers in different states of the US, referring to the change requests. •Performing all types of tests – Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and Positive and Negative Testing on the product under test. • Requirement analysis and review, scripting test cases and test scenarios, preparing test data, and executing them. • Conducting peer reviews of test scripts, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices, and providing appropriate review comments. • Communicating with the client and on-site team members daily for status updates and clearing ambiguity in the provided requirements. • Analyzing and reporting the defects and defect retesting (Incident Management). • Preparation of requirement traceability matrices. • Fetching test execution reports regularly. • Preparing daily/weekly status reports.
