Responsibilities included: - Understanding problem statements, requirements, and business scope. - Creating test plans for new features and performing various testing types (Regression, Functional, System Integration, UAT, Production Testing). - Executing end-to-end flows for internet, broadband, wireless, voice, security services, and IT solutions. - Creating build templates, designing visios for network topology. - Interacting with onshore teams, Project Managers, and dealers for issue resolution. - Analyzing network utilization and providing solutions. - Performing data-driven testing using Excel and CSV. - Designing and executing manual and automated test cases in Jira. - Supporting business users with demos and handling environment setups. - Creating automated scripts for bounce and clean-ups. - Logging and tracking defects in Jira and Rally. - Validating devices modeled in the network and verifying connections. - Conducting database testing at the application level.
