About I am responsible for End To End client requirement in terms of sourcing, screening , scheduling interviews, offer follow-up. 1.Following end-to-end recruitment life cycle 2. Analyzing the requirements of the clients 3. Sourcing profiles through Job Portals(Naukri, Monsterindia,Company Database.), and through referrals. 4. Screening and Segregation of profiles to suit the client requirements. 5. Second level screening of resumes sent by internal sourcing team. 6. Interaction with the candidates, briefing them about the requirement and to know their willingness. 7. Scheduling interview for the candidates shortlisted by client. Intimating the results and status of the interview to the candidates. 8. Follow up with the clients and the candidates till final placement 9. Developing and maintaining of database on the basis of immediate and future requirement. 10 Head hunting offered candidates on weekly basis until candidate joins.
