§ Offer Response Analysis using RFM: Performed profitability analysis of deal offers as per ther RFM (Recency, Frequency and Monetary Value) analysis. Used both independent and sequential approach. § Campaign Response Analysis using Logistic Regression: Predict the response rate of a new offering to 500,000 customers with data available from a sample of 50,000 to which the initial survey was sent. The result was profit and return on marketing expenditure on mailing to remaining 500,000 customers with the model based approach. § Upsell Campaign Response Analysis: Predicting the response rate for a feature upgrade or an upsell campaign of an existing product using various models like Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression, RFM Analysis and Neural Network. Final model selection was done on the basis of Gain Charts (overfitting), Lift Charts, AUC Curves, Profit and ROME calculations. § Next Product To Buy Model – Cross Sell Response Analysis: Improve the effectiveness of a cross selling campaign by inferring the message that is expected to yield the highest probability of purchase and expected profits based on a logistic regression model tuned with the performance of a Neural Network model.
Customer Acquisition - Lifetime Value Analysis
January 1, 2017 – Present
