Now looking for a new & challenging managerial, SME or consultancy position, Service Delivery,Channel Partner Management, in any industry that makes best use of my skills & experience. Working as Customer Service Delivery Manager (Jio Fibre) in Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd handling Service teams, both Channel Partners( 20 no’s)/ LCO as well as Direct team for HIS,FTTH/ Home Broadband cum Live TV/OTT/ Video Conferencing, integration of CCTv network with our Broadband as well as Enterprise ( B2B) services for the entire Service life cycle. Also responsible for supporting Technical pitching for our sales team & have a mandate to contribute 20% in sales. Need to ensure our Service Partners are doing their Jio Fiber Business as per our RJIO guideline esp TAT/SLA, Quality compliance as well as Lead validation of prospective buyers; Regular Field Audits ,also part of the team responsible for onboarding of new Service/ Channel Partners. Responsible for Hiring &training of field technicians & associates. Responsible for resolving customer grievances & complaints , proper resolution of escalations done by customers, Random visits to customer premises (after prior appointment) as part of CSAT drive.
