Chief Operating Officer | Scaling AI Infrastructure, SaaS & Industrial Tech Businesses | Operations, Transformation, GTM & Customer Success
I am an executive operator with a track record of scaling technology businesses across AI infrastructure, SaaS, cloud, analytics, and industrial tech. Over the course of my career, I have led global teams and mission-critical functions spanning operations, customer success, renewals, services, GTM, product leadership, and finance. I have helped companies scale through major growth stages, operational transformation, and M&A, including leadership roles in two successful exits. My experience spans startups and global enterprises, including COO roles, executive leadership positions at Cisco, and VP-level leadership at NI / Emerson. I have built organizations from the ground up, led teams supporting 35,000 customers, managed large recurring-revenue businesses, and overseen large-scale SaaS and AI/ML deployments across 100+ factories and complex cloud and on-prem environments. These accomplishments are reflected across your NI, Cisco, and startup experience in the project documents. Today I serve as COO of ZutaCore, helping scale a company focused on waterless, direct-to-chip liquid cooling for AI factories and high-performance computing. Before that, I advised Direct Supply on transformation initiatives spanning technology, operating model, and business execution, and spent a sabbatical year supporting Israeli startups on a pro bono basis. I am at my best in environments that need scale, clarity, disciplined execution, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's career trajectory shows a strong focus on executive leadership, business operations, and strategic growth, primarily in COO and VP roles. While they have experience with AI/ML SaaS and analytics, their background is heavily skewed towards business and operational leadership rather than a direct technical security engineering role. The education in accounting and business administration further reinforces this. This profile suggests a potential mismatch for a hands-on Security Engineer role, though their experience in large organizations like Cisco and NI indicates adaptability to corporate cultures. The lack of specific security engineering experience or projects is a significant gap for cultural fit in a dedicated security role.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills. Their experience in building and scaling global customer success organizations, leading transformation initiatives, and managing complex post-sale operations indicates a high degree of operational fit. The pro bono advisory role also suggests a commitment to mentorship and community involvement.
