The project involved automating the testing of Costco.com, a large-scale e-commerce web application that allows users to browse products, manage memberships, add items to the cart, and complete online purchases. The objective of the project was to ensure the reliability, functionality, and usability of critical business workflows across different browsers and environments. Using the Cucumber BDD framework, test scenarios were written in Gherkin language to enhance collaboration between business stakeholders, manual testers, and automation engineers. Selenium WebDriver was used to automate UI interactions such as user login, product search, filtering, cart management, checkout process, and order confirmation.
