SE 2 @ Intuit | 28k @ LinkedIn | Ex Amazon | Backend | Java | MCP | AI | Mentor
I'm a passionate Software Engineer with experience in both full-stack and serverless development. I work with Intuit, where I work on QuickBooks Online and its modernisation. My role involves working on SDKs and developing scalable and extensible code for consuming modernising services, while maintaining duality with existing systems, using Kotlin, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, AWS and K8s. Previously, I built scalable backend systems using Java, TypeScript, and AWS at G-P/Globalization Partners, utilising SAM for efficient deployment. Highlights: • Proven ability to design, develop, deploy and scale robust backend applications. • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Django, Go and serverless technologies on AWS. • Experience with front-end development using frameworks like Angular, React, and React Native. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies. • In my free time, I enjoy exploring the fields of AWS, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Cybersecurity. • I built the end-to-end backend infrastructure for Walnut Health, a health-focused social media platform. • B.Tech. graduate in Information Technology from BIT Sindri (2021).

It is a collaborative service, which helps multiple people to collaborate on a document by creating comments. The comments can be created on a specific part of a document and, over a thread. The thread can therefore be opened and resolved. This is accessible to only those users who are a collaborator on a document.
SIA
August 1, 2021 – October 1, 2022
This is project that handles contracts of an organisation and classifies the clauses in the contract on the basis of the legal clause types using Machine Learning. The contracts can be across different file types and different languages. After the classification, it would show all the clauses identified and classified by the system to the legal team in the document by highlighting them, on the SIA portal. The legal team could then verify or modify the classification too, and then could take a better step towards the legalities of the contract.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has a diverse background working at large tech companies (Intuit, G-P, Amazon, SLB) and in educational roles (Airtribe, Coding Ninjas). Their project portfolio includes backend services, machine learning, and a basic Android app. While the target role is 'Android Developer', the majority of their professional experience is in backend and cloud infrastructure. The 'Tic Tac Toe' project is the only direct Android development experience mentioned, which is a personal project and relatively basic for a senior role. This suggests a potential mismatch in the depth of direct Android experience for a senior Android Developer role, despite strong general software engineering skills. The breadth of skills (Java, Kotlin, Python, TypeScript, various cloud platforms, ML) indicates adaptability and a willingness to learn, which are positive cultural fit indicators.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience as an Instructor and Mentor at Airtribe and Coding Ninjas suggests strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Their work on internal developer tools and automation indicates a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency. The descriptions of projects like 'Interactive Service' and 'SIA' suggest problem-solving and collaborative capabilities. However, without specific psychometric test results, a detailed assessment of work attitude, stress handling, and team collaboration is limited.
