Physical AI & Edge AI Engineering Leader | Intelligent Embedded Systems | Autonomous IoT Architectures
For more than 30 years, I have worked at the intersection of embedded systems, software engineering, IoT and intelligent connected platforms, building technology that bridges the digital and physical worlds. My career has evolved from low-level firmware and SoC platforms to leading multidisciplinary engineering initiatives involving edge computing, secure embedded systems, AI-enabled architectures, cloud-connected infrastructure and autonomous intelligent systems. Today, my primary focus is the emerging field of Physical AI: the convergence of AI, sensing, embedded intelligence, automation and real-world systems. I am particularly interested in how intelligent agents, edge AI and autonomous architectures can transform industries such as industrial automation, agriculture, IoT, remote sensing and intelligent infrastructure. Throughout my career, I have worked across the full technology stack — from silicon bring-up, RTOS runtimes and embedded firmware to distributed cloud systems, intelligent orchestration and AI-driven workflows. This combination of deep technical experience and systems-level thinking allows me to connect strategy, architecture and execution in complex engineering environments. I enjoy leading engineering teams and defining technology vision, architecture and innovation roadmaps, especially in environments where software, hardware, AI and real-world operations intersect. While I have extensive leadership experience, I still value staying technically hands-on, exploring new technologies and building prototypes to better understand the future of intelligent systems. My interests currently include: • Physical AI • Edge AI and Intelligent Embedded Systems • Autonomous Systems and Intelligent Agents • IoT and Cyber-Physical Systems • Remote Sensing and Geospatial Intelligence • AI-driven Automation and Workflows • Intelligent Sensing Platfo

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's career trajectory shows a blend of deep technical roles (ARM, NXP, Alif Semiconductor) and leadership/strategic positions (Toshiba, Easy IoT, IntraMarket, COFAM). This indicates a potential fit for organizations that value both hands-on technical expertise and strategic vision. The involvement in teaching and authoring a book suggests a proactive approach to knowledge sharing and continuous learning. The breadth of experience across different companies and roles, including startups and large corporations, points to adaptability. However, the candidate's most recent experience at Alif Semiconductor ended in 2020, and the current role is not specified, which might require further clarification regarding recent hands-on firmware development.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience as an instructor at Stanford University and author of a technical book suggests strong communication and knowledge transfer skills. Leadership roles indicate experience in team management, project planning, and strategic development. The diverse roles from hardware technician to director of engineering demonstrate adaptability and a broad operational understanding. However, specific details on collaboration styles or stress handling are not available from the provided data.
