CTO, Panasonic Avionics | CEO, Panasonic Avionics India (subsidiary) | Business Growth & Transformation Leader | GM & P&L Owner | ex-AWS, Boeing & Intel | Platforms & AI that move revenue, margin & NPS
I’m a CEO and CTO-level operator and transformation leader, currently serving as CTO at Panasonic Avionics and CEO of Panasonic Avionics India, a key engineering and operations subsidiary. I’ve grown up as a CTO, GM and P&L owner across aviation, industrial technology and cloud at Panasonic, AWS, Boeing and Intel. My work focuses on using platforms and AI to move revenue, margin and NPS – not technology for its own sake. I lead large, multi-disciplinary organizations across software, hardware, cloud, data, cybersecurity and IT, operating across North America, Europe and India. What I’ve done: Led global engineering and technology teams of thousands, building and scaling platforms that power in-flight connectivity and entertainment, industrial IoT and data/AI solutions for demanding enterprise customers. Acted as GM & P&L owner for digital and technology businesses – accountable for growth, profitability, customer outcomes and long-term platform health. Led end-to-end product and platform strategies – from vision and product management through engineering, operations, commercialization and in-service performance – in both growth and turnaround contexts. Opened and scaled multi-hub engineering centers (including India and US hubs), building local leadership, modern software capabilities and strong talent pipelines. Partnered with CEOs, boards and airline/enterprise leaders on multi-year transformation roadmaps that improve passenger/customer experience, loyalty and lifecycle economics. Advised and invested as an angel in early-stage technology companies in AI, cloud and enterprise software. I’m at my best when the business is complex, global and mission-critical – where technology, operating model and culture all need to move together. Future roles: CEO and board-level opportunities where deep technology, global operations and customer-centr

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's career trajectory shows a consistent focus on technology leadership, innovation, and scaling businesses within large, established organizations (Intel, AWS, Boeing, Panasonic). Their experience spans diverse sectors including consumer electronics, cloud services, aviation, and enterprise security, demonstrating adaptability. The numerous executive education programs from top universities (Kellogg, Stanford, MIT Sloan) indicate a commitment to continuous learning and strategic leadership development. The breadth of experience in building and leading global teams suggests a strong ability to thrive in diverse and dynamic corporate cultures. However, the target role of 'IoT Engineer' is a significant step down in responsibility from their current and past CEO/CTO roles, which might pose a cultural fit challenge regarding role expectations and day-to-day responsibilities.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen through their extensive executive roles. Their experience in building and scaling global teams, managing P&L, and driving digital transformation indicates excellent operational fit for complex, high-impact initiatives. The descriptions highlight abilities in stakeholder management, ecosystem development, and public representation of technology strategy. While the target role is 'IoT Engineer', the candidate's profile suggests a strong fit for a strategic leadership role within IoT, rather than a hands-on engineering position.
