Conclusion: Found Low salary-band employees had the highest attrition (113 cases) and overtime workers showed a sharper attrition rate (127 of 416, ~30.5%) than non-overtime staff (110 of 1,054, ~10.4%) — pointing HR toward compensation review and workload balancing as priority retention levers.
