Achieved 91.3% AUC-ROC, 93% F1-score, and 100% recall on NPA detection by building a Random Forest classifier with time-based train/test splits across five rolling quarters to prevent data leakage, then visualising portfolio risk scores and model outputs in interactive Power BI dashboards, resulting in a production-ready early-warning tool for proactive NPA management decisions.
