I’m a hands-on engineering leader and founder who builds products and platforms that move the needle. At ExpandCart and other ventures I’ve shipped and scaled SaaS products that served tens of thousands of merchants and supported over $1B GMV driving measurable business outcomes through pragmatic technical choices. I combine product sensibility with delivery focus: turning ambiguous goals into roadmaps, shipping reliable systems, and closing the loop between engineering work and commercial impact. What makes me different is the blend of startup grit and systems-level engineering. I’ve designed and operated cloud-native platforms, led migrations from monolith to service-oriented architectures, and put in place CI/CD, observability, and IaC so teams can move faster with lower risk. I’m equally comfortable writing production code (PHP/Laravel, Node/Nest) and negotiating tradeoffs with product, sales, and ops which lets me hire, mentor, and scale teams that actually deliver outcomes, not just velocity. I bring a curious, builder’s personality to leadership: pragmatic, data-driven, and a little obsessive about developer productivity and product quality. Outside work I enjoy building things from the ground up and digging into hard technical problems (and yes, I tinker with trading strategies and small projects in my spare time).
