I’ve designed and operated cloud-native platforms, led migrations from monolith to service-oriented architectures, and put in place CI/CD, observability, and IaC so teams can move faster with lower risk. I’m equally comfortable writing production code (PHP/Laravel, Node/Nest) and negotiating tradeoffs with product, sales, and ops which lets me hire, mentor, and scale teams that actually deliver outcomes, not just velocity. I bring a curious, builder’s personality to leadership: pragmatic, data-driven, and a little obsessive about developer productivity and product quality. Outside work I enjoy building things from the ground up and digging into hard technical problems (and yes, I tinker with trading strategies and small projects in my spare time).
